What is kinesio taping?
Kinesio taping uses a thin, stretchy, skin-friendly tape that is applied in specific patterns over muscles and joints. Unlike rigid sports tape, it allows full movement while providing support, improving body awareness and helping reduce swelling.
Dr. Anjali Gupta is certified in kinesio taping and uses it to support recovery between sessions, so the benefits of treatment continue at home, at work or on the field.
