How we choose the right technique for you
No single technique suits every problem. At your first visit Dr. Anjali Gupta (PT) examines how you move, where the pain comes from and what makes it better or worse, then chooses the techniques that fit. A stiff, painful neck might start with dry needling or cupping for tight muscles and gentle mobilisation for the joints, while knee arthritis usually starts with electrotherapy for pain relief and moves quickly to strengthening.
Hands-on techniques and machines ease pain so you can move. Exercise is what keeps the pain from coming back, so every plan ends with a short home programme you can follow without equipment. You will always be told what each technique is for, what it feels like and how many sessions to expect.
