What is iastm therapy?
IASTM (Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization) uses specially designed smooth-edged stainless-steel tools to treat muscles, tendons and fascia. The instruments help the therapist detect and treat areas of restriction and scar tissue more precisely than hands alone.
Dr. Anjali Gupta is certified in IASTM. It is particularly helpful for tendon problems and long-standing tightness, and is always followed by stretching and strengthening.
