What is exercise therapy & rehab?
Exercise is the most important part of physiotherapy. Passive treatments relieve pain; the right exercises build the strength, flexibility and control that keep pain from coming back.
Our rehabilitation area has Swiss balls, resistance bands, weights and mats. Every programme is personalised, progressed week by week, and turned into a simple home routine you can actually follow.

Frequently asked questions
How long should I do exercises at home?
Usually 15–30 minutes a day is enough when the exercises are chosen correctly.
I've done exercises from YouTube without benefit. Why would this be different?
Generic videos can't account for your specific problem, strength level and technique. Personalised, supervised progression makes the difference.
Do I need to join a gym afterwards?
Not necessarily. Many people maintain their results at home; we'll guide you on what suits you.
