Lower back ache, tailbone pain, pelvic girdle pain while turning in bed, and neck or wrist pain while feeding a newborn are common during pregnancy and the months after delivery, yet mothers are often told they just have to live with it.
At MuvAgain on Ashiyana Digha Road, every session is conducted by Dr. Anjali Gupta (PT), a female physiotherapist, in a calm, curtained room. With your obstetrician's clearance, we relieve pain safely without unsafe machines and rebuild your core, pelvic floor and posture after normal or C-section delivery.

Frequently asked questions
Are electrical machines used during pregnancy physiotherapy?
No electrotherapy, dry needling or abdominal heat is used over the back, pelvis or tummy during pregnancy. We use gentle hands-on techniques, safe positioning, kinesio support and trimester-safe exercises with your gynaecologist's approval.
How soon after normal delivery or C-section can I start postnatal physiotherapy?
Gentle breathing and pelvic-floor exercises can start within days, while clinic rehab usually starts around 3 to 4 weeks after normal delivery or 6 to 8 weeks after a C-section once your doctor clears you.
Can I bring my baby or a family member to the clinic?
Yes, a family member is welcome to accompany you and your baby so you can attend your session comfortably.
